NAVA is Sanskrit and translates the number of nine (9). So there´s the relation to Camp9…  🙂
The number of nine symbolises the highest state of spiritual development and understanding that only love opens the door to new dimensions of human existency.
But there´s also a Yoga Asana (position) which is called “NAVASANA”. Here Nava translates as “boat” – so we are talking about “boat pose”. A position focusing mostly on abdominal (core) muscles. And as you can easily see, one can also have lots of fun strengthening one´s core…
Thus, we wish people to find their body balance as well as their inner balance here at NAVA YOGA RETREAT.
